有關於腹帶怎麼使用和收回成捲,在這裡講解一下!

先來分享一各如何綁腹帶的教學Video。
Let me share a video of How to Wrap the Silhouette Wrap.

小提醒:記得是在每天早上吃完早餐,排便後就可綁腹帶,直到晚上睡覺前才拆開收回,中間若是有鬆掉的話,要再重綁一次!
Tips: Use it daily after finished breakfast and bowel movement, unwrap it before go to sleep. If the wrap is loosing, do rewrap it.

再來,分享一下收回的小訣竅。要收的緊下回才好綁喔!
1)準備器具:筷子一雙,橡皮筋一條,當然還有腹帶。
1)Tips to wrap back to a roll.
What you need: a pair of chopsticks , a rubber bank, and of course the silhouette wrap.

2)兩隻筷子相反放,用橡皮筋在其中一頭圈起來。
2)Place the chopsticks in the opposite way, tight it with rubber band in one side.

3)將以拆下的腹帶其中一邊夾在兩根筷子裡
3)Place the silhouette wrap in between the chopsticks.

之後就可以開始捲,我的經驗是在捲的同時,用腳踩住腹帶以便可以保持腹帶收回的緊度。
4)捲好後,就會變成這樣。要用的時候,把橡皮筋拆開,再把筷子拿出來就可以留待下次使用了!
Then you can start rolling back to wrap. What I do to make it easier and tighter is step on the wrap and pull harder!
4)After a while, your wrap will go back to a roll! Take off the rubber band and chopsticks before wrapping yourself next time! How Easy and Convenience!
